"How much percentage revenue, and how much risk," said Bruvold.
Erik Bruvold who is president of the Institute for Policy Researech at National University said, the Chargers made a strategic negotiating move by not disclosing anything about Carson's stadium financing plan, backed by investment banker Goldman Sachs.
"They are a publicly traded company and if they're gonna take a $2 billion risk they better darn well disclose it to their shareholders. We'll see how the negotiations go and where Mission Valley is in the process," said Bruvold.
