In March, National University System Institute for Policy Research (NUSIPR) and Competitive Edge Research and Communications (CERC) explored that question with a targeted survey of 401 Californians living in the state’s most affluent zip codes. We found that 25% of those reached were either seriously considering (12%) or somewhat considering (13%) moving out of state to avoid the tax impacts of Proposition 30.
